Pippa Dodgshon

Pippa is a highly successful head teacher, currently leading one of the UK’s largest state schools, Hall Cross Academy in Doncaster which has over 2,000 students. She is also Chair of the Secondary Heads Association in Doncaster. Pippa grew up in York and studied at Lancaster University.
