My career has always been focussed on social mobility, most recently I have worked to close the attainment gap for pupils facing disadvantage across Yorkshire. I’m very excited to meet our new cohort of students, to see which universities they attend, and more importantly, what they do next. Having read some of the alumna case studies, I know that anything is possible!

I am a southerner but identify as northern, having made Yorkshire my home for the past 20 years. When I’m not at work, I find happiness having a kitchen disco with my little boy (hopefully a future Linacre graduate!), wandering through my local woods, and planning interior design projects.
